Dr. Nora Toma, D.O.

Founder & CEO, Everliv Health

Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician

VENOUS & LYMPHATIC MEDICINE
Functional & Longevity MedicinE

Dr. Nora Toma is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and the founder of Everliv Health, a modern functional and longevity medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients live better, longer. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, she blends traditional medical science with advanced functional, hormonal, and regenerative therapies to deliver personalized, root-cause care.

Trained at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Manhattan, New York City, and the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Toma received rigorous, high-volume clinical training across two of the nation’s most demanding and diverse medical environments. She spent years on the front lines of Emergency Medicine, managing high-acuity, complex, and undifferentiated conditions. Her work as a physician, educator, and medical director shaped her commitment to a more proactive, upstream approach to health—one focused on prevention, cellular optimization, and whole-person healing.

In addition to her emergency medicine background, Dr. Toma has extensive expertise in venous and lymphatic medicine, with hands-on experience diagnosing and treating complex circulatory conditions. This work sharpened her skill in advanced diagnostics, image-guided procedures, and systems-level evaluation of vascular and lymphatic health—an essential foundation for understanding circulation, inflammation, tissue perfusion, and overall physiologic resilience.

She completed advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and has pursued extensive post-graduate education led by many of the nation’s top functional and longevity medicine physicians and naturopathic doctors, training directly with leaders and high-performing clinicians in the field. Dr. Toma has also completed advanced education in hormone replacement therapy under leading hormone physicians, as well as specialized training in peptide therapy and other evidence-based longevity therapeutics.

Born in England and raised in Metro Detroit, Dr. Toma is guided by a deeply rooted Christian faith and core values of family, resilience, and service. She brings a global perspective shaped by extensive travel and exposure to diverse cultures, along with a deep appreciation for people and the ways environment and lifestyle influence health. She is a mother of three and enjoys travel, yoga, history, music, and cheering for Detroit’s sports teams. Her commitment to service has included volunteer work with the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries alongside her children.

Through Everliv Health, Dr. Toma helps patients take control of their biology, slow the aging process, and build lasting vitality. She focuses on root-cause evaluation, metabolic and hormonal optimization, and evidence-based strategies that support healing, restore balance, and help patients feel more energized, sharp, and resilient.

Her mission is to elevate healthspan and empower every patient to live at their highest potential.

Dr. Lena Agree, JD, PsyD

licensed psychologist
certified personal coach
attorney

Dr. Lena Agree is not just a clinician — she is a transformative presence within the EverLiv model of care.

As a clinical psychologist, licensed attorney, and certified personal coach, she brings a rare combination of intellectual depth, emotional insight, and clinical precision to every patient she works with. Her work goes far beyond symptom management. She helps patients understand the underlying patterns shaping their emotions, relationships, and decisions, and guides them toward meaningful, sustainable change.

At EverLiv, Dr. Agree partners with patients during the Foundational Assessment and throughout the membership journey because true health transformation is not just physical — it is psychological, relational, and deeply personal.

Her expertise in attachment, mentalization, and the unconscious drivers of behavior allows her to identify barriers others miss. As patients begin to optimize their physical health, old emotional patterns can surface. Dr. Agree helps them build the resilience, self-awareness, and internal strength necessary to sustain long-term change.

She offers something invaluable: a steady, intelligent, and deeply attuned sounding board during one of the most transformative seasons of a person’s life.

At EverLiv, mind and body are never treated separately.

Because lasting transformation happens when both evolve together.

Dan Ellis

FMCA TRAINED Health Coach
former nhl hockey player

Dan Ellis brings a rare blend of high-performance experience and a deep commitment to human health and longevity. His career in elite athletics placed him in environments where discipline, resilience, and continuous improvement were essential—not just for success, but for long-term well-being.

Over more than two decades in professional hockey, Dan developed a front-row understanding of how the body responds to stress, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle habits. While competition demanded peak performance, it was the behind-the-scenes work—training, recovery, nutrition, and mental preparation—that sparked his growing interest in human health and sustainable performance beyond sport.

After his playing career, Dan moved into coaching, development, and scouting, working closely with athletes to help them unlock potential, overcome limitations, and build habits that supported long-term success. Through this work, he saw a familiar pattern: lasting results didn’t come from talent alone, but from consistent, well-supported lifestyle choices.

That same principle now drives his work in health coaching. Dan studied Exercise Science, where his interest in human performance and wellness deepened, and he is currently pursuing certification through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. His focus is helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change—supporting them in optimizing energy, resilience, and overall quality of life.

At the clinic, Dan applies a coaching-centered, science-informed approach to guide patients toward better health outcomes, empowering them to take ownership of their health and get the most out of their lives—both now and for years to come.
