Everliv Health is a functional medicine clinic in Oak Park, Michigan, founded by Dr. Nora Toma, a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician dedicated to identifying and addressing the underlying causes of chronic symptoms and helping patients achieve better long-term health. Everliv operates alongside Premier Oak Park Health, where Dr. Toma provides comprehensive primary and general medical care in partnership with her father, Dr. Raad Toma, an experienced Internal Medicine physician who has been a trusted presence in the local medical community for more than 50 years.

Patients begin their care with a traditional new-patient medical visit through Premier Oak Park Health, allowing Dr. Toma to evaluate their medical history, current concerns, and overall health. Patients who are appropriate candidates and want to take a deeper, more comprehensive approach may then choose to enroll in Everliv’s Signature Six-Month Functional Medicine Program. The program uses personalized, data-driven care and advanced laboratory testing to explore areas such as gut health, detoxification pathways, adrenal and stress health, hormone and metabolic optimization, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. Through physician-led care and individualized health coaching, the program is designed to identify potential root contributors to chronic symptoms and provide patients with a structured, personalized plan for improving their health and creating sustainable long-term change.

Dr. Toma is also pursuing specialty board certification in Obesity Medicine through the American Board of Obesity Medicine, further expanding her expertise in evidence-based medical weight management and metabolic health.
